    Everyone Active @ Westminster Lodge: Tuesday mornings 9.30am - 10.30am (1 hour). Hot hatha yoga class. FeelHotYoga Sunday evenings 6.15pm-7.30pm (1 hour 15 mins) Vinyasa Flow Class. The thermometer reaches up to around 38-41 degrees so bring a towel and some water as you will feel the heat in this class, warming your muscles and taking you a little bit further.

The quality of our sensory impressions and health of our gateways therefore  determines the quality of our physical and mental health.  By nourishing ourselves with healing sensory impressions, we can cultivate a quieter, calmer mind and a stable intellect.  This allows us to make choices that  expand our health and wellbeing.
